Refresh metadata for Predictive Cash Forecasting customers

The Refresh Metadata option enables Predictive Cash Forecasting customers to refresh metadata seamlessly from Fusion ERP data sources to the integrated to the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, with the exception of input currencies.

When you use the Refresh Metadata option, the system replaces metadata with new metadata from the load file. Replacement is useful for making minor changes to the metadata, such as adding an account. For example, if your application includes a North America entity, and you load entities from a metadata file, the attributes for the North America entity in the file replace the attributes for the North America entity in the application.

To refresh metadata:

  1. From the Application page, click Image shows Select icon. to the right of the target application.

  2. From the Actions drop-down, select Refresh Metadata.

    When the metadata has been updated, the systems displays the message:

    "Refreshed metadata successfully."
