Conditional Formatting Example

In this example, using a table connected to an Enterprise Journals List schema, we will set up conditional formats to highlight two columns’ attribute values, Status(Detailed) and Preparer if the Status(Detailed) attribute value is Closed and bold any data values that are 10,000,000 or greater.

In the table editor, select the Status (Detailed) and Preparer cells in the data row, and then click conditional properties to create the conditional formats. Repeat the process selecting the Total Debits and Total Credits cells in the data row.

For the Status (Detailed) and Preparer condition, create a conditional format where the Attribute Value of Status (Detailed) is not equal to Closed and the font formatting is bold with a blue font color:

For the Total Debits and Total Credits condition, create a conditional format where the Attribute Value of Total (Journal Line Items.Debit) is greater than 9999999, and the font formatting is bold and italic:
