Using the Formula Bar

The formula bar provides a central location to create formulas and select attributes when setting up tables in Reports.

The formula bar provides different functionality depending on the row or column type:

• For formula rows and columns, you enter formulas and set the row or column header label.

• For data columns, you select members and set the row or column header label.

• For text rows and columns, you enter text to display in the table.

The formula bar is displayed below the POV bar so you can easily access its functionality.
