List or Restore Backups - Only for OCI (Gen2) Environments

In OCI (Gen 2) environments, you can use a REST APIs to list available backup snapshots archived by Oracle in the Oracle Object Storage Cloud, or to restore an available backup snapshot archived by Oracle in the Oracle Object Storage Cloud (that is, copy it to the environment).
