Upload Application Snapshot

Use these APIs to upload application snapshots to the Planning repository in Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management.

Clients must call the upload API multiple times, depending on the size of the file being uploaded, and must split the input stream into multiple chunks such that each chunk is no larger than 50 * 1024 * 1024 bytes.
