About Smart View Diagnostics

Oracle Smart View for Office provides Diagnostics tools to help you collect information for Oracle Support.

While working with Smart View, an issue may arise that you cannot resolve on your own. Use the tools in the Diagnostics group in the Smart View ribbon to create and collect files and screenshots to send to Oracle Support. The files and screenshots you collect are used by Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.

You can also use the Health Check dialog to optimize performance and to get information about your machine, Microsoft Office version, Smart View version, and the extensions you have installed.
