Resetting Preferences

To restore your preferences to the default values, select reset button and use one of the following options:

  • Reset name of tab, in this example Reset General to undo any modifications that were applied and restore default values on the Preferences tab.

  • Reset All Tabs to Default option from any Preferences tab to reset every preference value on all tabs of the Preference dialog box to the original default values from initial use.

    Caution:

    All changes, whether applied or not, are removed.


    Use the Reset General (or other tab) option to remove changes on the current tab which have not yet been applied. Use the Reset All Tabs to Default to reset any modifications that have been made on all tabs since the initial usage of the application.
