Security - Roles and Access for the Job Console

This section provides controlled access permissions, based on a user or group role, to the Narrative Reporting Job console content and functionality.

This console provides controlled access when security is enabled.

All user roles can access the Job Console in Narrative Reporting, but access to jobs is restricted by user role. The following are the access permissions, based on a user or group role, to the Job console content and functionality.

Table 14-1 Security Role and Access

Role	Job Console Access
Service Administrator	Access all Job Console functionality, can create new Jobs, edit and view all Jobs.
Power User/Report Administrator	Access all Job Console functionality, can create new Jobs, edit and view only the Jobs created by the user and not all Jobs.
Viewer/User	No access to any Job Console functionality or Jobs.
