Adding Shared Variable Lists

To add a shared variable list to a Report Package, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Variables tab, variables tab.
  2. Click Actions, select Shared Variables, and then click Manage Shared Variable Lists.
  3. In Manage Shared Variable Lists, click add icon , and then select the variable list and value set.

    Note:

    You can only add Variables Lists which you have been granted access to view.
  4. Click OK.

The variable list is now associated with a Report Package.

Note:

A Maximum of 5 Shared Variable Lists can be added to a Report Package.
