Adding Shared Variables

To add a shared variable to a Report Package, perform the following steps:

1. Click Variables tab, .
2. Click Actions, select Shared Variables, and then click Manage Shared Variables.
3. In Manage Shared Variables, select a Shared Variable List within the selection dialog.

   All the shared variables from the variable list are displayed in the table.

4. To add a variable to the Report Package, select a Variable and click on the check box within the Used column.
5. Click OK.

The shared variable will be added to the Report Package.
