Adding Shared Variables to a Report Package

Shared Variables provide a centralized storage for common static variables which can be used in multiple Report Packages. These variables are designed for common reporting content, such as company names, reporting period, program titles, whose values are static or infrequently modified within a reporting cycle. To add shared variables to your Report Package, you must first select the Shared Variable Lists and Value Sets which are the source of the shared variables. Next you select the variables from those lists to add to your Report Package.
