Using the Action Menus

Use the Actions menu to act on library artifacts:

  • Use the Actions menu Actions navigation at the top of the navigation pane to take action on the folders in the navigation pane. The actions that you can take vary according to folder to your access permissions. Viewers, for example, cannot run Audits. For example, you can Inspect, Audit, and Refresh system-generated folders. You can take any action on folders that you have created.

  • Use the Actions menu Actions content at the top of the content area to act on one or more artifacts in the content area. For example, you can use the Actions menu to edit the properties of a report package or select several folders to move or copy to another location.
