Creating Holiday Rules

To create holiday rules:

  1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Task Manager.
  2. Click the Organizations tabOrganizations tab on the left.
  3. Click Holiday Rules.
  4. Click the New icon New icon.
  5. Enter:
    • Holiday Rule ID: You can enter a maximum of 255 characters. The Holiday Rule ID is mandatory and must be unique.

    • Name: You can enter a maximum of 50 characters. The Name does not need to be unique.

    • Year: The Year attribute behaves as a filter option. You don't need to select a value for this attribute. If you do, the table is filtered to display the dates associated with the selected year.

  6. To name a holiday, in the Holiday section, click the Import icon Import icon to import the list of holidays, or click the New icon New icon and enter the date and name of the holiday.
