Deleting a User Variable

Note:

You can delete user variables if they are not associated with a form. If you attempt to delete a user variable that is used in a form, you'll see an error message saying it cannot be deleted. The message will also provide the names of the forms where the user variable is used.

To delete a user variable not associated with a form:

1. From the Home page, click Tools, and then Variables.
2. Select the User Variables tab at the bottom of the page.
3. Select a user variable, then click in the Actions column, and then select Delete.
4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
