PCM_Balance Dimension

The PCM_Balance dimension keeps track of adjustments (custom calculations) and allocations (allocation rules), while preserving the original input data. The PCM_Balance dimension has three main functions:

Separates input values from calculated values
Maintains a Net Balance when many rules act on a single location to allocate funds in or out and adjust values up or down
Creates a remainder amount to track how much unallocated amounts remain available for future rules to allocate
