Using PCM Agent to Delete a Point of View

PCM Agent is a guided natural language tool that uses Generative AI (GenAI) to assist with workflow tasks by executing confirmed modeling commands. See Using Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) Agent.

PCM Agent is embedded in the Calculation Control page, where you can use it to delete a point of view. It provides a true converstional experience where you are able to interact naturally with the assistant within the current workflow.

To open PCM Agent and delete a point of view:

1. Click at the top of the Calculation Control page.

   PCM Agent is displayed on the left side of the page.

2. Enter a delete pov prompt in the Ask Oracle area at the bottom of the page.

   The PCM Agent assistant prompts you with the information required to delete a point of view.

3. After you have deleted a point of view, click Refresh at the top right of the Calculation Control.
