View Activity Details

When you want to know more about an activity, you can view the activity details.

The Activity details page includes information like customer name, account number, work order type, and primary phone number. Depending on your configuration, this page also includes links to further details about customer contact information and the ability to create a Service Request Order.

Note: When you add an activity along with its associated Work Order, you can also view fields of the corresponding Work Order on the Activity Details page. This statement applies only if you are using Oracle Fusion Field Service version 25D or newer.
Note: This page is often configured to closely fit the needs of the business. As a result, your view might differ from the one in this guide.

To open the Activity details page, click on an activity on your home page.
