Debrief a Team Maintenance Activity

For a Maintenance Work Order activity performed by multiple mobile workers, the team leader or team members can update labor hours and expenses on behalf of individual team members.

The Debriefing page groups labor, expenses, and parts by mobile worker.

To record team debrief information:

1. Open the applicable Maintenance Work Order activity in the mobile application.
2. Select Debrief to open the Debriefing page.
3. Record the applicable labor hours and expenses for the team members.
4. Select Add Charges to add another entry.
5. Submit Debrief and complete the activity.

Results:

When you submit Debrief and complete the activity, the applicable labor and expense information is recorded against the linked Maintenance Work Order.
