Assign an Avatar

You can upload a photo for the user for which you are currently logged in. Resources without images have their initials with the background colors displayed as avatars.

  1. Click the menu icon and then click Preferences.
  2. On the Preferences page, locate Photo and tap Add Image.
  3. Browse and select the photo that you want to upload.
    The photo you select is displayed on the User options page in the edit mode.

  4. Drag the edges of the round crop tool to resize and move the area of the photo that you want to select.

  5. Tap Apply.
  6. Tab Submit.
    The photo is saved.
