Delete Inventory

Use the Delete action to delete items from the customer’s inventory pool.

Note: You can delete inventory items only when the activity is in Pending status. When the activity is started, the Delete option isn't available.
  1. Open the Activity details page for the activity from which you want delete inventory.
  2. Click the Inventory tab and go to the Customer pool.
  3. Click the inventory that you want to delete, and then click Delete, as shown in this screenshot:

    A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Yes.
    The inventory item is removed from the customer pool.
