Drag and Drop Activities Using Assignment Assistant

You can drag and drop the activities using Assignment Assistant to move them.

Drag and drop the activity that you want to move. These actions occur:

• Selected resource to whom an activity is assigned appears on the top of the list. This resource remains on the screen when scrolling the list of resources.
• Alert message is displayed for selected (top) resource if the resource is violating, 'Show all' resource constraints.
• Other resources are displayed in the 'Other suggested resources' section.
• 'Show all' checkbox is not selected by default. That means, 'Show all' resource constraints are applied to the list of resources.
• The same behavior is applicable for the Buckets tab.

  If the activity cannot be moved for violation of rules, an apporpriate alert is displayed.

  If you try to assign activities with a total duration of more than 12 hours to a single resource's route, a warning message appears. The warning message doesn't appear when you assign activities to a bucket or to the non-scheduled pool of a resource. If you try to move more than 200 activities, then only the duration of the first 200 is displayed in the warning message.
