Sign in

You can communicate with the dispatchers and management throughout the day using the installed app on a tablet or a smart phone. Simply browse to the URL provided by your system administrator.

Logging in requires a user name and password. Your system administrator assigns user names and passwords. Any web-enabled mobile device can access the application. If your organization uses the Overnight Work feature, and you haven't deactivated your route and signed out of the application, you'll see the previous day's date when you sign in the next day.

  1. In your mobile web browser, enter one of these URLs:
    • https://{alias}.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com/m

    • https://{alias}.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com/m/company_name, where company_name is the name of the mobile environment provided by your system administrator

      Depending on the defined sign in policy, the URL might need to be appended with the sign in policy. For example, for openidconnect.

  2. (Optional, depending on the URL you entered.) Type your company name in the Company field.
  3. Type your user name in the Username field.
  4. Type your password in the Password field.
  5. Click Sign in.

Results:

The home page configured for your user type opens.
Note: You'll be blocked from signing in once you reach the maximum number of unsuccessful sign in attempts. If you've forgotten your password, ask your system administrator to reset it.
