View and Self-Assign Future Activities on Nearby Activities Page

The Show Future Activities option on the Nearby Activities page displays activities scheduled for future dates on the Nearby Activities map. This feature makes it easier to plan and organize your time as you can assign future activities to yourself.

1. Sign in as a mobile worker and open the Route Map.
2. Select the Nearby Activities layer.
3. Click View and select Show future activities.
4. Click Apply.
   The map displays activities scheduled for up to 30 days from the selected date, allowing self-assignment. Activities are shown both on the map and in a list view, with proximity grouping on the map. Map markers indicate urgency, and activities are displayed according to their proximity.
5. Select the activity and click Assign to assign it to yourself.
   The Assignment Assistant page opens.
6. Review the route impact, position of the activity in the route and select the resource to whom you want to move the activity. Scroll forward beyond midnight if activities extend into the next day.
   You can scroll up to 24 hours into the following day.
7. Click Move to assign the activity to yourself.
   Mobile workers can self-assign non-scheduled activities from their pool, activities from accessible buckets, and activities scheduled within the next 30 days. Activities assigned to other mobile workers aren't available for self-assignment.
