If you have enabled the En route Support feature, you can configure the color for the
en route status. This helps dispatchers identify quickly when a resource is on the way to an
activity.

The Activity Types page appears.

Select the activity type and then click the pencil icon to modify the required
activity type.
The color for 'En route' status is inherited from the 'Pending' status
by default.

Set another color from the available Color Scheme and
click Update.
When a user sets the status as 'En route', the color of the activity
changes to this color in the Dispatch Console. However, if there is an alert for
the activity, the color of the alert takes precedence over en route. For
example, if a mobile worker sets an activity as 'En route' and the activity is
likely to lose the SLA, Dispatch Console shows the color configured for the SLA
alert.
