Verify the Oracle HCM OFS Employee Extract Integration

You can use the "Oracle HCM OFS Employee Extract" integration to upload employee details from Oracle HCM Cloud to Oracle Field Service. Use this procedure to verify the integration.

Important: This information only applies to Oracle Field Service environments. You can verify whether you've Oracle Field Service or Oracle Fusion Field Service, by signing in and checking on the About page.

1. Sign in to Oracle Integration.
2. Open the Integrations page.
3. Activate the Oracle HCM OFS Employee Extract, Oracle HCM OFS Extract Helper, Oracle HCM OFS Resource Work Skill Create, and Oracle HCM OFS Employee Sync Helper integrations, if they aren't activated.
4. Submit the extract from Oracle HCM Cloud. Make sure there's at least one submitted extract result available for the HCM_EmployeeExtract extract.
5. Submit the integration from Oracle Integration. Click Submit.

6. To verify the integration flow:
   1. Sign in to Oracle HCM Cloud and open My Client Groups > Person Management and filter the data to view field mobile workers. This screenshot shows the employee details that are to be extracted to Oracle Fusion Field Service:
      
      
   2. Sign in to Oracle Field Service and open the Dispatch Console. The matching field mobile workers from Oracle HCM Cloud are available in the resource tree within the selected bucket as resources. This screenshot shows the employee details extracted to Oracle Fusion Field Service:
