Verify the Oracle HCM OFS Party Sync Integration

You can use the "Oracle HCM OFS Party Sync" integration to transfer the data of newly-hired employees. Whenever a new employee is hired, and if the partyID is created, then those employee details are synced with Oracle Fusion Field Service. Use this procedure to verify the integration.

1. Sign in to Oracle Integration.
2. Open the Integrations page.
3. Activate the Oracle HCM OFS Employee Sync Helper, Oracle HCM OFS Party Sync Helper, Oracle HCM OFS Resource Work Skill Create, and Oracle HCM OFS Party Sync integrations, if they aren't activated.
4. Click the actions menu next to the Oracle HCM OFS Party Sync integration.
5. Click Schedule and specify the schedule details such as Frequency, Start Date, End Date, and TimeZone.

7. To verify the integration flow:
   1. Sign in to Oracle HCM Cloud and open My Client Groups > New Person and fill in the details for a new employee.
      
      
      

      
      
      
   2. Wait for the integration to run per the schedule.
   3. Sign in to Oracle Fusion Field Service and open the Dispatch Console. The matching new field mobile worker from Oracle HCM Cloud is available in the resource tree under the selected bucket as a resource. Verify the resource's basic information and location details.
