Verify the Oracle HCM OFS Terminate Employee Integration

You can use the "Oracle HCM OFS Terminate Employee" integration to suspend a resource in Oracle Field Service when you terminate an employee in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Important: This information only applies to Oracle Field Service environments. You can verify whether you've Oracle Field Service or Oracle Fusion Field Service, by signing in and checking on the About page.

1. Log in to Oracle Integration.
2. Open the Integrations page.
3. Activate the Oracle HCM OFS Extract Helper and Oracle HCM OFS Terminate Employee integrations, if they are not activated.
4. Click the actions menu next to the Oracle HCM OFS Terminate Employee integration.
5. Click Schedule and specify the schedule details such as Frequency, Start Date, End Date, and TimeZone.

7. To verify the integration flow:
   1. Log in to Oracle HCM Cloud and terminate an employee.
   2. Wait for the integration to run per the schedule.
   3. Log in to Oracle Fusion Field Service and open the Dispatch Console. The terminated mobile worker from Oracle HCM Cloud is shown as Inactive in the resource tree. This screenshot shows the terminated employee as Inactive in Oracle Field Service:
