Previous Versions

Inbound API version 16.2 ensures backward compatibility with the previous versions of the product. As compared to the previous versions, the current version of the Inbound API has been enhanced with the activity segmentation support. The Inbound API allows most of activity operations in respect of segmentable activities (the only operation which is not supported is 'start_activity'; segmentable activities have to be started by different APIs).

The list of error codes has been updated to include the error codes related to activity segmentation.
