Steps to enable

To configure time window settings

  1. Update the ORCL-BRT-WO-FAILURE-RECOVERY-CONFIG lookup with the following configuration fields as shown in the table:
    CONFIG DESCRIPTION
retryFailureWindowDuration Optional (default): Duration in hours. The retry start window is calculated as the current time minus retryFailureWindowDuration. If both retryStartTime and retryEndTime are provided and valid, they will take precedence over retryFailureWindowDuration.
retryStartTime Optional: UTC time in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format. Resubmissions performed on errored instances within this time range. Mandatory, if retryEndTime provided.
retryEndTime Optional: UTC time in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format. Resubmissions performed on errored instances within this time range. Mandatory, if retryStartTime provided.
delayInSeconds Mandatory: Specify the delay (in seconds) between resubmissions.
  2. Schedule the Oracle Maintenance FFS Failure Recovery integration with the above configurations during periods of low usage for all applications (Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Maintenance Cloud, and Fusion Field Service).

For a detailed report, please check the corresponding Oracle Integration Cloud instance by navigating to Projects -> Oracle Maintenance - Fusion Field Service Sync -> Observe.
