How can I audit User Type changes not shown in Resource History tab?

The Resource History Tab in Oracle Field Service Cloud does not track all field changes, and User Type may not be among the fields it logs for audit purposes.

You can audit User Type changes using one of two methods: the Configuration History report or the Daily Extract feature.

Method 1: Using the Configuration History Report

1. Navigate to Menu > Dashboards > Configuration History.
2. The report will display a list of all configuration changes.
3. You can view details for each change, including the old and new values, the time of the change, and the user who made the update.

Method 2: Using the Daily Extract feature

1. Navigate to Menu > Configuration > Applications > Daily Extract.
2. Use this feature to generate data exports.
3. By comparing these exports over time, you can identify and track specific changes made to the User Type field.
