About the Car Icon

• The car icon shows when a technician is traveling between jobs. If a weather symbol appears with the car icon, it means travel conditions may be affected by weather.
• This feature helps you see where technicians are and if they might experience delays.

Do I Need to Set It Up?

• The car icon and travel status are available by default—no setup is needed for standard use.
• If your organization uses the weather overlay, setup may be needed by your administrator. Most users do not need to take any action.
