How do I end a collaboration chat?
When a chat or conference is completed, you can end the conversation and save the thread in your History.
If you leave a conversation, you aren't notified about the new messages in the conversation, but you can still view the conversation in the History tab. If you don’t end the conversation, the thread is still active in the main window.
Note: A conference doesn't end until the last user leaves the conversation. The
conversation might continue after you leave. You can access the thread in History to view
the complete conversation. If there are no messages for 12 days, the chat will automatically
expire, and the end date will be updated accordingly.
