Why can't I access the Oracle Fusion Field Service Console?
If you are unable to log in or access the console, you may not have the necessary privileges or registration in the Oracle Identity Cloud domain.
If you are an Admin user logged into the Oracle Cloud Console using the default domain, follow these steps to ensure proper access.
- Navigate to the domain settings in your Oracle Cloud Console.
- Select OracleIdentityCloudDomain as your active domain.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click Create User and enter the required details.
- Now, login to www.cloud.oracle.com.
- Ensure you use OracleIdentityCloudDomain as the domain during login.
