View the Inactive Users Report

The Inactive Users Report lists the users that have been inactive for a designated period of time. Administrators can use this report to monitor system use.

To view Inactive Users report:
  1. Select Inactive Users from the navigation pane.
    The View settings determine the period during which users were inactive. If you want to view the number of inactive users for a particular date, click View and then click the calendar icon below Last login to select a date, and then click Apply.

    The Inactive Users report provides details about inactive users such as user names, status, user type, and the number of days since their last login.

  2. Use the Print and Export options to print or export the report in the .csv format.
