This report displays the statistically calculated estimated
duration, standard deviation, and count for different kind of activities
based on past data. Work statistics can be based on work performed
by a single resource or a set of resources selected from the resource
tree.
To view the Work Statistics report:

Click the navigation menu and select Dashboards.
- Select Work Statistics from the
navigation pane to display the report.
- Use the Find and in fields to search for appointment keys by entering a term, word,
or character in the Find field. (What you enter
here depends on the convention your company uses to name activity
keys.)
Appointment keys are defined in the Statistics screen within Configuration in the Subsystems section.
- Select a resource from the resource tree to display the Work Statistics report for the
selected resource.

- Review the Work Statistics report:
Activity Key—Keys or standards defined
by your company for specific work types and working conditions under Statistics Parameters.
Average—Displays the average number
of minutes that is estimated statistically for a task.
Override—Displays the override value,
if an override is added via an API.
Deviation—Provides the standard
deviation from the estimated duration in minutes.
Count—Displays the number of completed
activities on which the work statistics are based.
Level Info—Indicates whether the
statistics are at the company level, bucket level, or the resource
level. Company level statistics are based on the entire company, while
resource level statistics are based on the work of one resource.
- Use the Print or Export options to print the report or to export in
.csv format.
