Move to Go-Live Mode

Initially, your Production environment is in Configuration mode. You can move this environment to Go-Live mode (or you can Go Live) after you complete configuring and testing the environment for all your business requirements.

When you're ready to move your Production environment to Go-Live mode, just click Go Production to Live on the Available Environments page in the Service Console.

To move production to go-live mode:

1. Open the Service Console.
2. Go to the Available Environments page.
3. Click Go Production to Live for the Production environment.
   Note: When your Production environment is in Configuration mode, you can copy the configurations from any Test environment. However, when you move to Go-Live mode, you must update the configuration only through the user interface, APIs, or by exporting and importing the settings.

After go-live, the Production environment can no longer be refreshed.
