Core features of WMT
WMT is a configurable customer-facing configurable theme within the Configuration > Themes section in Oracle Fusion Field Service that shows live mobile worker location, appointment details, and status.
WMT includes these Core functionalities:
- Branding Controls: Select a template (Bright, Hero, Minimal), colors, background, company logo, favicon, and an optional custom domain.
- Information Display: Show or hide appointment details, arrival time (ETA or communicated window), service type, customer address, and technician name/photo.
- Map Tracking: Display customer and mobile worker positions using exact or approximate location, configurable icons, and an optional driving track.
- Localization: Provide multi-language text with placeholders for dynamic values such as {TECHNICIAN_NAME} and {ETA}.
- Feedback Mechanism: Capture ratings and comments, store them in configurable properties, and trigger alerts for low scores.
- Customer Interaction Options: Let customers cancel the activity, use a smart chatbot, and click banners for promotions or announcements.
- Notification Integration: Deliver the WMT URL using message scenarios (email, SMS, or other channels) with placeholders to generate secure tokens.
- API and Digital Assistant Integration: Connect Oracle Digital Assistant skills for appointments, message delivery, and customer communications.
