Enabling Approvals

Before you can use the Approvals process, you must enable approvals for the Scenario dimension in the metadata file. When the Enabled for Approvals option is enabled, the Scenario is available for selection in the Approval Unit Assignment screen.

To enable approvals:

  1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Overview.

  2. Click Dimensions, and then select the Scenario dimension.

  3. Click Edit Member Properties.

  4. Select Enabled for Approvals.

  5. Click Save.
