Viewing Enterprise Journals Dimension History

You can view the history of changes made to Enterprise Journal dimensions to track and audit updates for dimension properties and attributes.

For each Enterprise Journal dimension, the system retains a history of the changes made to it; for example, a change in properties or attributes. Each change record includes a history of properties and attributes, any modifications, the modification type, the old and new values, the user who made the change, and the change date. The information on this tab is read-only.

To view dimension history:

1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Enterprise Journals.
2. Select the Dimensions tab on the left.
3. Select a dimension and navigate to the History tab to view the dimension history.
