Exporting Operational Dashboards

You can export dashboard definitions to an XML file. Using the export functionality, you can copy a dashboard definition from one business process to another.

Note:

You must have the Manage Dashboard privilege to export the operational dashboards.

To export a dashboard:

1. From Home, click Dashboards, then Operational Dashboards.

   The Operational Dashboards page is displayed.

2. Select one or more dashboards that you want to export and then click the Export icon.

   The Export Dashboards dialog is displayed.

3. Select one of the following:
   • All Rows: Export all existing operational dashboards
   • Selected Rows: Export the dashboards that you had selected in the previous step.

4. Click Export.

   The specified dashboards are exported as a JSON file, with the name Dashboard.json.
