SDM_DYNS_<COLLECTION_PRIMARY_KEY>
This table stores form/journal data. For each collection, it creates one such table dynamically. SDM_DATA_SET (DB_TABLE_NAME column) and SDM_DATA_SET_COLUMN (DB_COLUMN_NAME column) stores the information about dynamic table.
