SDM_DYNS_<COLLECTION_PRIMARY_KEY>

This table stores form/journal data. For each collection, it creates one such table dynamically. SDM_DATA_SET (DB_TABLE_NAME column) and SDM_DATA_SET_COLUMN (DB_COLUMN_NAME column) stores the information about dynamic table.

LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN VARCHAR2 300     Yes Who column: indicates the session login associated to the user who last updated the row.
LAST_UPDATED_BY VARCHAR2 300     No Who column: indicates the user who last updated the row.
LAST_UPDATE_DATE DATE       No Who column: indicates the date and time of the last update of the row.
