Setting Up Email for Approval Notifications

Owners and reviewers must enable approval notifications if they want to receive an email notice when there’s a change in approval status or approval ownership. Approval notifications are enabled on the Application Settings page.

Approval notification emails contain the following information:

  • URL to Check Status

  • Application Name

  • Approval unit

  • Current Owner

  • Previous Owner

  • Last Action

  • Current Status

  • Time

  • Annotation Title

  • Annotation Text

To enable approval notifications:

  1. On the Home page, click Application, and then click Settings.
  2. Under Notifications, select Approvals.
  3. In Email Address, enter your email address.
  4. Click Save.
