START_DATE	DATE				Date when the data access set assignment becomes active.
END_DATE	DATE				Date when the data access set assignment becomes inactive.
MERGE_PROCESS_ID	NUMBER		18		This column is used for internal processing to identify rows that are updated and inserted. The value comes from the common sequence S_ROW_ID_SEQ.nextval.
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
