Create Enterprise Financial Data Export Management for China Role

The Enterprise Financial Data Export Management for China duty role is used for the China National Audit Office feature.

The duty role is not assigned to any job role. To use the China National Audit Office feature, you must assign the duty role and the required functional security policies to a relevant job role, such as the General Accounting Manager role.

To assign the duty role to the General Accounting Manager role, follow these steps:

  1. On the Roles tab in the Security Console, search for the General Accounting Manager role.

  2. In the search results, select the menu for the General Accounting Manager role and then click Copy Role.

  3. On the Basic Information page, enter a role name and role code.

  4. Click Next.

  5. On the Function Security Policies page, click Add Function Security Policy.

  6. In the Add Function Security Policy dialog box, select the Enterprise Financial and Employee Data Export for China and Enterprise Financial Data Export Management for China policies and then click Add Selected Privileges.

  7. Click Next.

  8. On the Role Hierarchy page, click Add Role.

  9. In the Add Role Membership dialog box, select the Enterprise Financial Data Export Management for China role and then click Add Role Membership.

  10. Click Next.

  11. On the Users page, add users to the role and then click Next.

  12. On the Summary and Impact Report page, review the details of the role and then click Submit and Close.
