Overview of the Lease Processes

You need to complete the lease processes when you have completed the lease creation process.

The following action items are provided in the Actions menu in the Lease Creation page.

• Validate

• Generate Schedules

• Activate

You must run these action items before the lease is created and finally activated.

You have to run these action items for reconciling the gain/loss in the accounting. You have to run the actions for the following activities on a lease:

• Every time you amend the lease.

• Every time you terminate a lease.

• Every time you impair a lease.

• Every time you cancel or exercise an option.
