Why is the Inclusive option disabled from detail tax lines for the AP invoice?

These are some of the reasons when the Inclusive option is disabled. You can verify and correct them as required.

  • If the Use Legal Entity Subscription option isn't enabled for the business unit in the Party Tax profile, then set up the Configuration Owner Tax Options with Business Unit Owning Tax Content as the party type instead of First Party Legal Entity.

  • Verify that the Allow override and entry of inclusive tax lines option is selected at the Configuration Owner Tax Options and Tax Rate level setup:

    • Configuration Owner Tax Options level:

      • Go to the Configuration Owner Tax Options page.

      • Search for the applicable Configuration Owner Tax Options entry.

      • Click Edit.

      • Select Allow override and entry of inclusive tax lines.

    • Tax Rate level:

      • Go to the Manage Tax Rates and Recovery Rates task.

      • Select Allow override and entry of inclusive tax lines.
