JL_CL_AP_WHT_CERTIFICATES_ALL
JL_CL_AP_WHT_CERTIFICATES_ALL contains all necessary information to issue withholding certificates. It also stores the original certificate number and its status that allows reprinting capability. Its records are inserted by a server side program and retrieved during the certificate printing.
