XCC_BCE_BUSINESS_FUNCTIONS

This table holds the enablement information for Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting for the business function level. It depends on the business flows covered by a business unit and ledger. During Business Unit Enablement we will insert a row for every Business Function attached to the Procure To Pay flow and one for the Project Accounting business function.

PARTIAL_RESERVATION_FLAG	VARCHAR2	1		Yes	Partial Reservation Allowed indicator. It is a Yes/No flag.
RESERVE_ON_SUBMIT_FLAG	VARCHAR2	1		Yes	Reservation On Submit indicator. Setting to No means that reservation is done on Approval. It is a Yes/No flag.
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
CREATED_BY	VARCHAR2	64		Yes	Who column: indicates the user who created the row.
CREATION_DATE	TIMESTAMP			Yes	Who column: indicates the date and time of the creation of the row.
