Create AI Apps Users

Follow these steps to access the AI Apps for ERP application and to create discounts administrators or users. If you aren't using early payment discounts, you can skip these steps.

  1. Sign in to your Oracle Financials account as an IDCS user administrator of the service assigned to the Application Implementation Consultant role.

  2. To access the AI Apps for ERP application:
    1. If you're not already on the Home page, click the company logo in the page header.
    2. Use the arrow in the tab carousel to scroll, and click the Tools tab.
    3. In the Quick Actions section, click AI Apps Administration.

      This will open the AI Apps Administration UI in a separate browser tab.

    4. Select AI Apps for ERP.

      This will open the AI Apps for ERP UI in a separate browser tab.

      Tip: You can bookmark this page to directly access the applications in the future or share this with users who will manage early payment discounts.
  3. To set up dynamic discounting administrators and users in the IDCS Console for AI Apps:
    1. On the user menu, select User Administration.

      The user menu will update to include more options.

    2. Select Admin Console.
    3. In the Identity Domain section, click Oracle Cloud Services.
    4. On the Oracle Cloud Services page, click AI Apps.
    5. Under Resources, select Application Roles.
    6. On the Application Roles page, expand the row for one of the following roles, and select Manage Assigned Users.
      • Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Administrator

      • Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Discounts Manager

      • Adaptive Intelligent ERP Payables Discounts Read Only

    7. Select Show Available Users.
    8. Search for and select the applicable user, and then click Assign.
    9. Click Close.
