How do I maintain depreciation method formulas in Assets?

You can write the text formulas for the depreciation methods. Go to the Manage Enterprise Financial Data Export Options for China page to save these formulas.

You can specify the formula in simple text. You can also see a list of all the depreciation methods defined in Oracle Assets.

For example, this is the formula for straight-line depreciation: Depreciation Method = Recoverable Amount/Life.
